              Journal Gazette has been charging a quarterly bill since November 2022 until present (Sept. 2023) without sending a newspaper. They never sent a bill, never sent login information to access their website, and have refused to offer any refund/fix. They have taken zero responsibility for failure to perform a service.

              I ordered a weekend subscription to the Journal Gazette for a Christmas present for six months ($123.50). I was told it would start the Friday before Christmas. Three weeks later and no paper. I called and requested a refund only to be told it was non refundable. The lady I talked to did not inform me when I ordered over the phone and I cannot find that clause online.
