      Terrible! This is the only way to describe my experience with Galbraiths. My daughter and i went to Galbraiths on mothers day looking for a tree. The employee showed us a pink magnolia tree and we went with that one. It never had a tag saying what it was only that it was for sale. A month later it bloomed and it didnt look like a magnolia tree, we realized it was a hydrangea tree. Ive been calling for three months and the lady that was supposed to call me never did. Finally today we go into the store. The owner offered us a $50 gift card for our troubles and to keep the hydrangea tree. We had our hearts set on the magnolia tree so we asked to do an even exchange. The $199 hydrangea tree for a $199 magnolia tree. We get home and the magnolia tree was one $149. Not only that, it was in terrible condition, with almost all the leaves sunburnt. When we called they told us they didnt have any magnolia trees for $199. We went back to the store and the lady that was there showed us the magnolia trees that were $199 that they supposedly didnt have. We decided to just go with the original offer of keeping the hydrangea tree and getting the $50 gift card but then they tried saying they never offered that. The whole time they were rude, and lying. We will never do business with them again and we advise you do the same.

      We are sorry that you feel the way you do concerning your purchase.  But, the receipt from your original visit three months prior said plainly that the tree you purchased was a hydrangea tree and not a magnolia.  Even though we sold you the correct tree, we tried to accommodate your request by allowing you to swap the hydrangea for a magnolia.  You were present when we loaded the new magnolia into your vehicle and we explained that magnolia leaves in the fall will always look as they did this time of year.  You and your party were happy about the exchange when you left.  When you returned later that day complaining about the magnolia we offered four different options to try to make you happy including a full refund, all of which you declined.  My team and I have made every possible effort to conciliate you only to have you and your party threaten our reputation with malicious online reviews.  With that said good luck to you in the future.  I hope the next establishment you visit can meet your needs.

      Not happy with lawn service. I had them for 5 weeks and just discontinued my service. They were not reliable or consistent with service. I called several times to complain. Employees not professional on phone. made excuses for delay and very short. I was told at beginning they would edge and when they didn't come for two weeks I was told they would bag. Neither service happened. Lawn was done hit and miss and in a few days didn't even look like it was cut. They told me they were having problems keeping employees. Last week when I called asking if lawn was going to be done the boss came out and did it himself. When he did it, it was done right. Cut, trimmed, and even bagged. First time my lawn looked nice in five weeks. I know the boss won't be coming every week and don't think things will improve so I cancelled service.
