Products & ServicesWe offer a gallery of diamond jewelry and loose stones, colored gemstones, estate jewelry, clocks, watches and more. Some of our services include jewelry/watch/clock repair and restoration, appraisals, we buy gold and coins.
Refund & Exchange Policy:Payment Methods
We accept Cash, Checks, All Major Credit Cards, Money Orders, Formula Bucks, Decatur Chamber Dollars and Diamond Club Credit. We also offer Interest Free Layaway. Financing is available with approved credit.
If merchandise is shipped outside of Indiana and sales tax is not charged, you, the customer may be liable for a state sales tax.
Currently, sales tax is only collected on orders shipped to addresses in Indiana State (or picked up in our store).
Shipping is complimentary on purchases over $100. Effective June 1, 2008 we will implement shipping charges on all purchases $100 or less (per address). We prefer to ship USPS express/registered/insured mail. If you request for us to ship Express Mail or Registered Mail it is a minimum of $25.00. However, we may ship with other carriers due to varying factors: size, contents, destination, etc. Please ask your sales associate for cost of shipping at the time of purchase. In-Store Return Policy
Exchanges may be made within 30 days (and returns may be made within 10 days) and must be accompanied by a sales receipt. All items must be in their original condition and packaging. We cannot grant a full refund on any merchandise that shows signs of having been worn, resized, engraved or altered in any way. We will refund or credit you for the cost of the item plus sales tax, if applicable. All returns will be fully inspected. A restocking fee may be applicable.
All special orders require a non-refundable deposit of at least 20% of the total price. If special orders are cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, the full deposit will be refunded. Changes, alterations, or cancellations made to special orders outside the initial 24-hour period are not eligible for a refund on deposit. No returns or exchanges on special orders. The deposit amount cannot be applied to existing account balances. Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

We may share account or other information only when we believe it is necessary to comply with law or to protect our interest or property. This may include sharing information with other companies, lawyers, credit bureaus, agents or government agencies in connection with issues related to fraud, credit or debt collection.
