We are so sorry to hear you are unhappy with your system. We have reviewed the timeline of events and interactions you have had with our business.
10/9/18 Replaced furnace and air conditioning system Contract to use existing ductwork and flues -Mailed maintenance program-no response -Mailed a We Care form-Received back 100%-- happy customer
4/13/22 Service call -Leaking supply air ductwork -Rusted out ductwork -Took pictures from crawlspace -Quoted repair for install crew Quoted repairs with two options -Remove furnace and replace all Plenum and Takeoffs. -or- -Cut off bottom of Plenum and replace the rusted pieces from crawlspace
We apologize again that you are unhappy with your experience. We cannot, however, send out a crew or service technicians at no charge to fix rusted ductwork that was not a part of our original work. We would be more than happy to come replace the rusted pieces in the crawlspace, but we cannot do repairs under warranty. Please let us know if you would like to schedule this repair.
