              We hired Platinum Remodeling to install a new roof and gutters. The roof was put on in a day and looked great. A few weeks after the install, on 10/6/21 and 10/7/21, they took off all the gutters and said they’d return on 10/8/21 to install the new ones. It is now 10/19/21 and we haven’t heard from them. We have incurred water damage in our basement due to it raining and having no gutters. (We have not had water in our basement before.) We have reached out to our contact person at Platinum, Dan Crouse, by phone, text, and email, but have never gotten a response. We not only want Platinum to complete the job they were hired (and paid!) to do, but also to warn others about such unprofessional customer service and communication.

              Had a roof installed, which was decent, but when they put the snow rail up, it wasnt performing as it should. I contacted them and they said they would send someone out. No one ever showed up and now no one from this company will answer their phone or respond to voicemails. Im supposed to have a lifetime warranty on this roof, but I doubt Ill get any help when needed at this point because this company is either a scam or has the lousiest customer service
