To whom it may concern,On January 6, 2022 I purchased a wall surround with corner shelf from BathFitters. Bathfitters sales consultant *********************** was here at my home twice to collect payments before the work was even done. I called and tried to tell him about the issues I was having with his company. ***************************** wanted to know what my problem was now! This guy is a nasty person. I hung up on him. The job was completed on January 19, 2022.February 2022-Faucet started leaking down the wall surround after the tub faucet was re-installed. I was afraid it was leaking behind the wall, but it wasnt. I ordered a new **** faucet (after those workers tried to make another one work). It took a long time to get here. Im covered under Nicor Home Solutions program, who are licensed plumbers. I have had Nicor Home Solutions for twenty years. BathFitters never installed wall surround to top of ceiling or put it in every corner because they couldnt reach the top of the ceiling. I tipped those workers because they kept complaining about money and not being paid. Now all the wall surround is coming off of the walls. I have a one-year lifetime limited product warranty on the wall. Im demanding Bathfitters send an ******** person that can do the work correctly. They arent nasty to paying customers ever!For all this baloney Im demanding to be compensated in the following ways:Written apology for poor work and poor customer service Ive received and paid for!Replacement of vinyl tub cover Sending pictures of wall surround falling off wall I turned Bathfitters in to Attorney General in August 2022.I have received the following estimates from different companies to repair/redo this work:NWI $9,779.00 ********** $9,300.00 Bath Planet refused to give me a quote to repair/redo this job because they told me Bath ************* Fitter work together. I had a previous positive experience with BathFitter in ******** in 2015, which is why I hired them
