This company is in constant contact with me harassing me requesting payment on a debt that was the direct result of identity theft. I already filed a FTC report and sent it in to Firstenergy and the first debt collector. Now I have another debt collector four months later which is HELVEY and associates harassing me on behalf of FirstEnergy when the **** clearly states once a identity theft is claimed the predator may not sell, transfer, or have someone collect on a that alleged debt. I have not opened nor did I authorize this account to b open. This company is threatening to please a derogatory account on my credit report that I did not authorize door open which is a violation.Review from Altrice P

This company just sent me a bill from a company that I am still dealing with and they said they had no indication of a bill that I owe them. These people are a complete scam.Review from Robert D

They **** as a company. I recently found out that they filed a past due account from *********** in ******* that I have zero knowledge of. NO has every called nor written me regarding anything past due. I would like damages for my time and effort in cleaning up this mess that I did not cause. I understand that this company is not a member of BBB. ******* should investigate this so-called company for not doing what they are paid to do. I will file a complaint with *********** next for this mix-up. I have zero knowledge what this claim is about. How would ******* let some collection agency do this to people without even any time of investigation to see if an error was involved.Review from Paul C

I recently discovered these people putting a **** on my credit file. I have received zero communication from them over email, regular mail, or the phone about any unpaid debts. I have repeatedly attempted to call them and left voicemails and received no response about what the debt even could be from, let alone how to pay it.I do not know where they think they have a claim on me from, based off reading the other complaints against them and their responses I assume I will need to get the courts involved to get it removed even if I pay the alleged debt, but for a collection agency they are clearly poorly run because they have neither contacted me about the debt nor respond to any of my communication and give me an avenue to pay them even if I wanted to to get the credit score back up instead of wasting my time chasing them down over a pittance.
