Back around Christmas of 2021 I was on my way to work and my transmission went out in my 2015 caravan with only ****** miles on it. I have it towed to ********** zollars in ********, *******. They had my van for about a month due to miscommunication between them and my warranty. They finally get a new transmission in. I pick it up and ask for my paperwork for the new transmission. The old man in the shop said its in your van. I go to my van and theres no paperwork. So I go back in and ask him about it when he proceeds to get very loud and mean to me about it. I brush it off and leave with my van. About 2 days later I hear my van making loud noises. I Open the hood and realize there is oil all over the place!! I check the oil and its empty!! When they were installing the new transmission they broke my oil filter housing and just left it and I almost blew my van up! I end up getting it to a local shop where my warranty covered that as well. Then about 2 months later I go to leave for work In said caravan and the transmission is slipping again. Once again I have it towed to burnworth zollars. Theyve currently have had it for about 2 weeks now. I called in Friday April 8 2022 where Im told that my van is currently being worked on and Theyll call me Monday April 11, 2022. I never heard from them on that said Monday. I didnt hear from them on Tuesday or Wednesday the 12th and 13th of April so I call them late afternoon on Wednesday the 13th of April. Where they proceed to tell me that they have my parts in and theyre working on my van and itll be done that afternoon or next morning. Again I never got a call. Instead I get a txt today April 14 2022 telling me that the work on my 2015 caravan has been completed. So my fianc and the kids drive 30 min one way to pick it up. I get there and they ask who I am so I tell them. They tell me that theyre waiting on parts and itll be another week. I tried talking to the main guy In charge and he didnt seem to care. Even..
