            Our home was built by Kabco in March of 2022, we got keys to our home aug 15th 2022, We sent in pictures and a description of all the things needing to be fixed or repaired flooring, roof, electrical. on Sept of 2022. Not one time were we ever contacted by phone, emailed or any other form of communication. The problems were never solved under their warranty guidelines. I was emailed back from the retailer who sold us the home on Sept 20th of 2022 with a response of someone with Kabco would contact us with 6 to 8 weeks to come fix the issues as we figured that Never happened. Because they never came out to fix any problems that we sent in. We now have damage to our sheet rock due to poor craftmanship from the roof due to improper installment of the shingles. Our flooring is also damaged due to water. We were Ghosted by this company and want answers and a resolution of why they NEVER came out to fix anything. All of the issues could have been avoided had the company practiced in good faith and had someone come out to fix all the issues in a timely manner as promised. What good is it to give a warranty if the company does not go by it? we called several times with the only answer of they will be out with in the years time to fix any issues.

            I bought a Kabco Mobile home around March. I have done the checklist for the repairs. I have contacted Kabco for 7 months straight about coming out for repairs. I have been told they would be out every month for the past 7 months and have yet to hear anything about an exact day. I have tried calling several times and it eithers leads to voicemail or someone will answer and say "I don't know". Due to none of the pipes in the mobile home being tightened correctly I have had 2 major water leaks in which my cabinets have rotted due to water damage. I have told them this multiple times about the water damage, but yet no one seems interested in fixing something that major. This is just one of the many examples of a long list that I have. Also, my siding on the outside has bubbled up and my carpet was not tacked down and coming up in one of my bedrooms. It is just ridiculous to be told for months that someone was coming out and no one has shown up to fix anything that I have stated. If I could rate a 0 zero star, I would.
