            I am a former ************* employee that was injured by an inmate. I have already paid this bill before. There has been a mistake in the billing department, so I am now out another $414.00. The account is **********. I am requesting that the company apologize for its lack of oversight in its customer service. I am requesting an immediate refund with interest attached, due to it having to be paid by credit card. I am requesting cease desist of all communication: write, calls, or even third party. At this time, the lack of care shows the lack of care by the hospital. I hope the customer care is improved greatly. Attached is my payment evidence.

            I went to Decatur morgan hospital on 05/28/2023, I went too the *** I filed my insurance as always when I go for a illness or an incident, my Insurance declined their claim because the ** doctor used the wrong code, so Me and my insurance Reps called the billing office several times asking them too correct the claim and resend the claim so that they could submit the funds too them, and they did not, after telling me and the insurance Rep that the claim would be corrected and resend was a+++ instead they send the bill too the **** collection, the bill were only 4- too 5 months old, they didn't do their part for them too get paid however they has ruin my credit I feel discrimanated how I was treated, I'm still under stress because of my credit, however I will continue too keep fighting them too resolve it.
