I have purchased 5 cars through Hiley. I ended up enjoying he experience so much i came to work there. Can not say enough good things about the group and the family atmosphere.

I have purchased 3 vehicles from Hiley over the years. My favorite salesman works there so it's my first place to look when getting a new used car. Never had a complaint *************** car. The finance guy starts to sell me an extended warranty. I say no but he says the dealership wouldn't back a shady company. They would only recommend a top notch warranty company. So I agreed. Now my transmission has failed. First, the warranty company let my truck sit at the shop for 2.5 weeks before they sent out an "inspector" to look it over. 3 days later he rules that my bumper to bumper warranty won't cover me. But of course I still get to pay for this fine coverage. So it's on you Hiley. You put your name on the line to sell me on Optimus as a decent company. Shame on you.

I gave one star, only because the system wouldn't allow me to give zero starts. Consumers - beware of this dealership. I had an experience recently where the finance manager submitted two loan applications for auto financing, the second fraudulently. So, I had two identical loans for the same car. The finance manager admitted to forging my signature and was fired. However, one month later, he is back in the same position, with access to sensitive information. Out of kindness, I decided not to press charges against him personally but I regret that now because he is in a position to commit the same fraud against others. It seems clear to me that he wasn't the only problem at the Hiley Audi dealership. Be careful if you are planning to deal with this company.
