In 12 YEARS, weve only been able to use our unit with Coral Resorts 14 total nights due to shockingly scarce availability!! How absolutely atrocious! We were swindled by salesman *************************** into buying a timeshare unit costing more than $50,000!! Thats an actual House Down Payment! We were lied to and told it would only be $15,000, but what we were not told at that time was, with the APR and the Maintenance Fees, wed be paying almost triple what we were originally told this would cost us!! He also took our IDs and credit cards and ran an unauthorized credit check on us! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO Coral Resorts! THEYRE NOT EVEN WORTH THE FREE GIFTS you get!!!! DONT PASS GO, DO NOT COLLECT $200.

I am extremely upset with how Coral Resorts will so easily lie to their customers. When we were listening to the sales pitch, the timeshare upgrade they offered sounded like a good deal. We could use it every year, we would get access to cheap vacations for $199 or $249, we would get Platinum membership which opens more opportunities, and we would have first choice of vacations. When it came to signing the contract, the paralegal gave us short summaries of the pages instead of letting us review each page. One thing I was able to see on the document was, Unit Number: # - Tri Y (every third year). When I asked about this, he told us this would only apply if we had weeks but since we were buying points, that didnt apply to our ownership. We noticed a lot of other things in the contract when we got home, so we tried calling the original salesperson. She had given us her card and told us to call anytime. She even said she was required to call back all missed calls the same day. She did not respond to our repeated calls until 5 calendar days later which was conveniently when the cancellation period expired. She said she was not an expert on the contract, and I need to talk with the paralegal. She told me she would have him reach out, but I missed his call the next day and when I called back, he didnt answer, nor did he ever return my repeated attempt to reach him. I called multiple people, and no one helped me. Finally, I reached ***** Services, and they answered all my questions. They told me the HARD TRUTH about my upgrade and I realized I was blatantly lied to. I asked about the use of our timeshare and wanted to make sure we can use it yearly, as we were told 3 times. They said that on the contract we signed, it only gives us access to the timeshare every 3 years. CORAL RESORTS purposely worked to deceived us, told us significant lies about what we were buying and manipulate us for over 2 hours. They Lied, Lied, Lied!

Where do I even start??? We got coerced into Coral Sands on Hilton Head after sitting thru 2-3 hours of time share talking. We were promised so much during the talk but found out as the years went by that it was only talk. We were never able to use our timeshare when we wanted plus we were sold a unit in an older building that we had not even seen. The agent was very friendly from the start but was a sheep in wolves clothing after we made a purchase. We have tried for YEARS to get out of the timeshare contract and even attended an annual meeting where we were told that it would be easy to release our timeshare. It hasn't happened yet. BUYERS BEWARE!!!! This company is horrible and lies to your face. No one in a legitimate business would ever act the way they do. We have spent lots of money on potential vacation time that we never have been able to use. A VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER
