This trip advertises as having been a fully planned trip. They sell rooms for four students and even advertise these rooms as their most popular. At no point in time do they state that the children - 14-18 year old boys, will be expected to share beds. It is more than reasonable for a parent to assume that the room will include accommodations such as trundle beds, pull out sofas, etc. will be used so that each child has a bed to sleep in. At no point in time were we instructed to nor encouraged to send our children with sleeping bags. My son spent the entire trip sleeping on the ground. The company who advertised the trip as having employees to ensure that the trip went smoothly and the trip as having been entirely planned, refused to even take fault for my son sleeping on the floor. I was told that they were not responsible as he should have insisted on sleeping in a bed. We payed for hotel accommodations. The trip is sold as having included such accommodations. The company failed to provide us with the benefit of the bargain that we made and has refused to provide the partial recovery that we sought. I believe that the entire trip is a scam. This trip is advertised as a convenient way for my child to travel with his peers. I at no time was told that he was expected to share a bed with other teenage boys. I was never told that he would need or even could need a sleeping bag.
