Hello.Its been almost 2 years and they never completed my pool.Pool was paid for; I wrote checks and they were all cashed. They always had Excuses, were deceitful, and used delay tactics. We put our trust in the three owners only to be taken advantage of. I thought they were honorable Christians.Even some of the work that was done has to be repaired.I really gave them the benefit of the doubt only to be for lack of a better word, screwed over.Now I have to struggle to pay again to finish my pool. With my medical issues, my wife and two children I have to find a way to move forward. Its funny. Ohanu means family .Heres an excerpt from their web page- Dropped calls, answering machines and unanswered calls were some of the many complaints we read and heard about from unhappy folks through various media outlets. Another complaint was they couldn't get basic answers from anyone and they felt slighted when it came to service after the sale and project completion.Oh, the hipocracy! Thats exactly what they did to their customers. Many subcontractors were not paid; even though we already paid Ohanu.One of the owners said that they give their customers a gift at the end; the only gift we got was stress, worry and a shattered dream.Hopefully by speaking up this will put a stop to more families being hurt.In the future Ill try to have a lawyer look over any contract; after all they have lawyers. This situation reminds me of a saying,Oh what a tangled web we weave, when we try to deceive. Thank you
