They took only one day to do the reroofing on the house. They did a very good job in cleaning up after the job was completed. Chuck has a very good team working for his company. Job well done ??

Our goal was to get a new roof installed by a professional local Roofing Contractor. ***** was responsive to all contacts. It would have been helpful if an English speaking installer was present. When I shared with *****, he advised a translator would have been available by phone. Otherwise completely satisfied with the installation. The very next day after installation, Hurricane ****** came to town. Some shingles came loose. Sunshine Roof Services resolved the next day. Our goal of a professionally installed roof was the result.

Sunshine Roof Services LLC replaced the roof on my St. Augustine Beach property, a duplex. The work was done with skill and in a timely professional manor. Clean up was complete. Chuck *********, the company owner was on the job site several times during the work. he answered questions related to possible reductions of my home owner's insurance rates. I highly recommend Sunshine Roof Services. LLC.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sunshine Roofing to anyone. Most of my neighbors have had their roof replaced by this company. The work was done in a timely manner and they took care to clean up after the job was done. No one wants the expense of replacing a roof but if it has to be done this is the company to use. Also, ***** is the office was very easy to work with and responded quickly to any question I had.

If there were 10 stars they would get 10 stars! This re-roof project was the best contracted work I have ever had done in the 8 years living in *******. I had other roof companies address issues and inspect my roof and got so frustrated with the lies and over charging that I could not believe how much scamming goes on. I had to take a break from it and in passing at work was given the name of ************************* with SUNSHINE ROOF SERVICES LLC. I was expecting the same treatment and was so excited after the first phone call to set up a consultation that I may have found someone, a company that would listen and come from integrity about THEIR services. Never once speaking badly about "other" companies to make them look good but focusing on how to get my job completed in a timely manner with the best intensions of making sure I felt comfortable with the process, the product and the individuals involved. They have a TEAM OF GREAT PEOPLE who demonstrated they cared about the work they do and they cared about me and my investment I was making. As my neighbors had had re-roof projects completed by other roof companies (ambulance chasers) they warned me I would be cleaning up for months afterwards. Not the case with SUNSHINE ROOF SERVICES, LLC. Here is what they did:1. Used the best products that I had researched.2. EVERYONE involved was extremely professional.3. The team on the roof WORKED EXTREMELY HARD AND did not leave until every last area was protected and cleaned the first day. On day two they completed the project and they spent a great amount of time cleaning up the area. Once they left I could not find "the mess" my neighbors had mentioned they experienced from their roof companies. VERY CLEAN!
