              This roofer who installed the entire roof on my commercial buiding is avoiding my calls after several attempts and lies from them to have my roof leak repaired. the roof is under a 20 year manufacturer warranty and 10 year workmanship warranty which they seem to not want to honor. i have even emailed the owner who advised he would call me today but no response. He had an estimator come out to the property three weeks ago but still no repair. i have attached the original contract with warrany information from the previous owner of the building. I purchased this building with a roof inspection to confirm the roof was not damaged at the time of the purchase 5 years ago.

              This Company tried to bait and switch on me. Low balled my estimate and then tried to get the money for a mistake their salesman/estimator made. I told them it is not my fault they made a mistake and I will not pay their 5k. They placed a lien on my house fraudulently and with malice of forethought. The lien was over the time limit to file so they left the line where it says "Notice to Customer" blank as they new they were wrong. They were supposed to do it within 45 days of supplies being delivered, it was over 60 days. They altered my check where it said FINAL PAYMENT FOR ROOF, and deposited it. They are going to be taken to court for their despicable actions and be forced to remove the lien. Also, the Lien has timed out as they had 60 days to file suit to enforce the lien. Normally it is 1 year, but I filed a "NOTICE TO CONTEST" and that shortens their time to 60 days. They tried to bully me, ghosted me when I asked to speak to them and otherwise are a sad representative of a roofing company. I will never recommend them and am constantly warning people to stay away from them.
