I just purchased a home. Let me start by saying I purchased it for ****** OVER asking price. With that said, none of the windows in the house even open. I was told he would supply me with an estimate that I could use to get the windows replaced for ***** in which he gave me a ***** credit but never supplied me with the estimate as promised! Obviously its going to take much more than that to get windows replaced. There were many things half done and thank God I had an inspection as there were two places in the roof, that was just replaced by the way, that had holes in it. They were made to come back and fix it and supplied pictures at closing, however I went in to the attic and there is a huge hole in the plywood. I will be contacting the roofing company to come back out and fix it, what I want to know is how did that get there because it wasn't there previously when the inspection was done. When goin to place my refrigerator I had to remove the cupboards above the refrigerator and realized they spray painted right over wallpaper in the entire kitchen!!! When removing a piece of wallpaper all kinds of bug droppings fell the floor and I am not exaggerating! It is disgusting. I am assuming he didnt want to have to deal with that so it was covered up! I can only imagine what is under the paneling used throughout. The paint he used is chipping everywhere so it is very very cheap! I have only been in the home a few days. There is no telling what else I will come across as I go along but I would not purchase another home from this company!
