We made a call to this company for a leaking toilet. They gave us a timeframe and ended up calling us 3 hours early and telling us they were on their way. They already had an idea what was going on and had all the tools/supplies to fix our problem. They got into the work and found problems that had been made when resetting the toilet after new flooring being put down. They had to do a some extra work to get the toilet set back in it's spot. They made sure everything was taken care of they way we wanted it. They were very professional and cleaned the area up before they left. They were very nice and respectful and we will definitely call on them again if we need to.

I was able to schedule service. They called ahead and let me know they were on the way. Plumber knew exactly what I needed. He was nice enough to give me options for a less expensive route and fixed my issue. He wasted no time. I felt comfortable enough to address other issues In regards to plumbing for future renovations. Wayne Conn is now on my phone contact list. Professionally dressed, clean cut and well mannered. Dishonest business avoid at any cost. They believe they are privileged.

We are very sorry **************** AK feels this way towards our company. On October 15th, 2021 our company came out to ************************** residence for a kitchen sink and tub stoppage. The lines had grease and hair in them causing the stoppage.When items are found in the line there is no warranty.He signed the invoice acknowledging satisfactory completion of the work-Oct. 15th, 2021.On March 1st 2022, ********************** called saying he had a leak under his kitchen sink on the p-trap. We explained that this job was over 4 1/2 months ago and was not warrantied. We explained that if we came out there would be a service call fee and he argued with us that it needed to be warrantied. We do have a 30 day warranty for labor but this is clearly over 30 days. The plumber stated that the **trap would have leaked right away if there was an issue not 4 1/2 months later. We are a very HONEST and ********************

My new strainer in my new kitchen sink that you installed everything new should not leak 3 month later but due to your poor workmanship you did not seal it properly and you expect people to trust your business. Take some business courses might help your business survive. I found an honest plumber that can manage my 4 properties and gives 6 month labor warranty because they know the value of their business and workmanship.

i just wanted to let everyone know about the most AMAZING experience i just had with an HONEST PLUMBER! i actually found this company through the mint magazine, and there was an expired coupon for $3,250 for a repipe. and although the coupon expired oct, 12th, they said they would honor it for 30 days after that. so that part was great, since that was the best price i had seen for a repipe. but imagine my shock and surprise when the plumber told me first of all, that a repipe would not fix my lieak issue, but most importantly, my house had apparently already been repiped with pvc. now, don't get me wrong, he did recommend CPVC, but he admitted that the pvc was okay, since it apparently has already lasted me 11 years. and to be honest with y'all, i would have never known the difference. i had *********************** plumbing come out here and the guy never mentioned to me that the house had already been repiped, and was gonna charge me $4K to do the jjob. his subcontractor, *********************, is apparently a thief and a liar, or else just really doesn't know what he's doing. but the other company that was so honest with me was called WAYNE CONN PLUMBING. so they are coming out tomorrow to fix the leak, and he said it should cost no more than $300, and if it's in the concrete, maybe up to $500. that sure as heck beats the $3,250 plus the extra 3 to 500. oh yeah, the guy that came out and was so very honest with me was named ******. this is a small family owned company, and they said they don't work weekends. but they do everything, including commercial work and remodeling. so if there is anyone else out there going through what i was going through and feels lost and worried about getting ripped off, and just don't know where to turn or who to call, I highly recommend WAYNE CONN PLUMBING. they truly are an AMAZING COMPANY!!!!!!!!
