    They send a flyer that says if you match 3 whatever you win that prize. I matched 3 for 5k, You get there, and to buy a car, you have to match some numbers with some other numbers they have on a board. I called the number they said to call, put in my code number and it said come claim your money..... 5K..... We got a pair of headphones. This is a SCAM SCAM SCAM and they treated us like 2nd class.....BAD biz. False advertising, Please take care of this, And I think we should at least get our 5k, just saying. Thank you.

    I bought a 2017 ****** Tacoma in Late 2022. It came as is with no warranty so I bought the warranties that they offered ( powertrain, road Hazard and wear and tear ). I was given a thumb drive to prove it. This was when the dealership was still ********* ***** ******.I went back to the dealership in Sept of 2022 cause of a battery that died. Now wear an tear doesn't include the battery but if found defective, it is subject to reinburstment. A fuel cell should span the life of the car ( ******* to ******* miles ), mine died of *******. on Sept 29, 2023 as I was finished grocery shopping, I turned the car over and my battery was dead. It had been running fine when I got there. I had no option but to get a battery from Wal mart because I am the only driver in my family so waiting and getting another one from the dealer was not an option for me. I tried to argue this point to the manager but to no avail. He even told me to contact the BBB, " They will side with us"They also proceeded to tell me that I only had the powertrain warranty, no record of me buying the road hazard or the wear and tear on the veichle They told me that if there was any record of it, it must have gotten "lost" during the transfer to Morgan Auto Group. If that is true and they actually did "lose" it, they are in violation of ******* statue ****** and subject to no more than a $500.00 fine.My expierience was so bad there that i will not go back there, ever!!!!! and this was the third car I have purchased from this place. They made me feel belittled and that I did not know what I was talking about so I am paying for two warranties that they don't have any records of. Hopefully I will get the money back for the warranties and the battery. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!
