I don't like receiving this card in the mail. Yes, you have to read it all to know that they're not connected to social security. But, I believe they created this post card to look like they are from the social security administration and is very similar to the car insurance folks that spam call you every day that you can't get rid of. I don't appreciate the mailing and the fact that they don't cover all of the options when talking about your choices. I will block any number tied to MSIS and can see there is an overwhelming response of people that don't like their way of contacting people. I didn't realize who they were until I had already filled out the on-line response. NOTE: THERE IS NO WAY TO REMOVE YOUR INFORMATION AFTER REALIZING THAT THIS WAS NOT THE COMPANY YOU THOUGHT IT WAS WITHOUT HAVING TO CALL THEIR PHONE NUMBER. I don't want to speak to anyone from MSIS and do not want to be associated with them in any way. This is a deceptive practice.

Misleading postcard. It looks official but it is just an advertising flyer for an insurance broker.

Just because they sell something doesn't mean it's a scam....it clearly states that if you put your phone # on the card an insurance agent will call you. They responded, hooked me up with a local agent who answered all of my questions, and actually advised I stay with my group coverage for now. Was not high pressure at all. Some of the rest of these ppl need to take some personal responsibility. It's all spelled out in their mailing...you just have to read.

This company sends out official looking mail with "Official Document Do Not Destroy" on it. Very deceptive advertising making it seem like it came from the government. In super small print on the bottom they disclose they are not affiliated with the government. They are nothing more than a broker for supplemental insurance. Be Aware.

I just read about an experience similar to mine in the reviews down below. I got two official looking postcards in the mail two weeks ago and mistakenly filled them out and sent them back. Last night, around my dinner time, I get a call and text message from one of these characters and the call is "a courtesy call". She gave me a song and dance about my going to turn sixty five and whatever BS there is about Medicare. At first, I told her I had insurance and did not need her business. Well she replied, "Just trying to help" and sent a copy of the info I left on one of the cards. I thought, okay, got me there and called her back. Basically, what she said was she would call me again today. I slept on the matter and realized I had been played for a sucker. I also checked out the business she works for (by way of her business cards) and note the BBB rating is horrid. While I was at it, I looked up information about cold calls from "Medicare brokers" and note these are invariably scams! It is bad enough I get junk mail from insurance companies, legitimate and bogus. Now I get this nonsense. No. I am gong to block this number and report it as spam. If I can even add "scam," I would be glad to. I may be getting older but I would like to know I am getting wiser. I refuse to be played for a fool or sucker. So there to these characters.

You filled out a card that said if you filled it out someone will call you...and you think its a scam? Thats an interesting take.

I blacked out all the info on the card, wrote in to "F off scammers" and put a return address of "Intelligent Citizen", No Fway Road It'll cost them money for the return postage. They hide their address as being in ***** to boot.

Received official-looking form on sort of thick green paper used by **** for registered mail notices. Above my address was 'REGISTERED DOCUMENT: DO NOT DISCARD" and it also had a box addressed to "Postmaster: If undeliverable as addressed please refer to section 507.1.4 of the official DMM / MS 2021" -- also 'REGISTERED DOCUMENT' with a weird-looking attempt at a bar code. It used the sort of type often found on government correspondence. Very small, near the bottom was "Not affiliated with any government agency." Easy to miss. Says it's a schedule for "Americans turning age 65." Well, I am 84! Form to fill out with phone number and e-mail address. My scam alert sensors say "Scam!" Then I find "Not BBB Accredited" on your BBB site, plus 1.8/5 rating. Hmm. Stinks like dead fish to me! Looked online and found plenty of appeals for agents to affiliate with them, no explanation of what services they offer. Hmm again.

I see I am not the only one to get an intimidating looking letter with no return address. It looks very official (it even says it is an official document on the envelope). Maybe the ** AG office will take a stand against them to defend the people here against this obviously crooked company.

They send out SCAM mailings that look like official US government mailers. These people are not connected with the Government. They send out these official looking mailers that say "REGISTERED DOCUMENT - DO NOT DESTROY." It's morally reprehensible to attempt to intimidate people into thinking that they are in any way connected with the government. The DO NOT DESTROY message seems to have the purpose of frightening vulnerable people.
