They did an excellent job today installing the retractable screen we purchased from ********************. They were patient answering our questions and showing us how to operate the new retractable screen.

Very respectful they cleaned up everything and ask if I had any questions before they left. I highly recommend this company. Very pleasant experience. I saw their ad in the ************* and within a couple of days, I had an appointment to see what I wanted to do. The salesman was on time, prepared and knowledgeable and most of all didnt try to push other products on me. Straight forward quote for my small job which they were able to do the next day. Installers ******* and **** were actually early, and very courteous and even cleaned out my existing gutters. I highly recommend this company because they did what they said and thats not common these days.

I am very disappointed with the end product provided by this company. Salesman came out on last Monday, very friendly and appeared to be knowledgeable. We set-up to have the gutter (about 33 ft.) cleaned of debris; 2 down sprouts replaced including the elbows; and most importantly the top line product 'gutter helmet' for eliminate the on-going problem with leaves from accumulating and clogging up the drains. He did show me a different product (that was referred to as MCSH - Mesh) because the area of the installation had a flat roof over my Sun Room addition. He assured me that it would perform effectively and I could see from the sample that the gutters would be closed off wherein only water would enter and drain with the leaves not staying trapped . Price for job given at $ ****** with a $200.00 deposit. Two days later the Techs showed up and proceeded to clean existing gutters - replaced and secured the rain down spouts - they then put some 4" black foam into the gutters and that was that (about an hour from the time they arrived). Asked for the check of $ ******. When I asked about the Mesh caps - they said that my roof line would not accommodate that product so they brought the 4" black foam 'just in case'. Well to Say that I was Unhappy is an Understatement!!So, the only immediate remedy was to talk with someone at the office to adjust my **** (Techs could not)...I got somebody on the phone named *****/****, and he stated that even though it was not what I wanted - they could not install the product - they had a MINIMUM Service Fee of $725.00. THIS IS NOT STATED IN THE CONTRACT! So I paid them over Seven hundred dollars to clean leaves AND INSTALL 2 Down Spouts. (Materials could not even cost $150 at ************ The Salesman should have informed me that the Company Could NOT Install the Product(s) that I Needed and walked away - but No! ********************* I WILL BE FILLING A CLAIM AGAINST THEM FOR EXPLOITATION OF THE ELDERLY/ THEY ARE A RIP-OFF!

Gutters installed today by Richard and Rodney. They were very professional and friendly. They worked efficiently and completed the project quickly. Richard explained everything and walked through what would be done. We are very pleased with their work. John, our Sales Person was also very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He explained everything in full detail and walked through everything that would be done. My husband and I are very pleased with AGE and would not hesitate to hire them again.
