      Worst customer support ever. Took over a year to complete my fence, but blamed that on Covid. Now can't seem to provide ANY support EVER for my gate controller. Admittedly, I've needed a lot of support, but that's because the controller keeps s******* up in major ways like the key pad quits working. This is not something I can smile and **** up. Every service call involves at least 5 or 6 requests, with no feedback EVER, and often getting help from sales to jog service into doing something. I would happily switch companies for support, but that is apparently not an option. Story is now that "he's just soooo busy!" It's possible to hire more help! I am completely trapped in this unless I just tear the gate out.

      Hi *******, I apologize for any issues and inconveniences you may be experiencing with your Gate Operator. ***************************** who oversaw our Gate Operators is no longer with the company and up until this review, we were unaware of any gate issues you were having. Please call our office and I will be happy to send out a technician to resolve these matters for you asap.

      Used the company for fence and gate with operator installation. Fence was nicely installed, but had constant and recurring issues with the gate. Finally, they told me that I would need to spend nearly $1,000 to improve the power source to the gate. Company finally stopped returning my calls altogether and would not fix the operator, so I had to use another contractor to install a brand new operator at a cost of $3,000. Also called to speak with the owner to try to work things out with him, and he merely had the operations manager cal me back to defend his diagnosis and the need to spend $1,000 on the brand new operator. Very poor service, they dont stand by their work.

      AWFUL. I asked them to build a new fence and then decided to repair my old one after learning of their reputation. I was told to expect a call the very next morning to discuss the cancellation. No call. I have since called, emailed, and texted with no response. Yet, they charged my credit card - which I had to dispute with my bank. Customer services is awful.
