01/30/23 $2300 I came back in pain after an initial consult a couple years ago having been referred to *** ********* The last time I visited this office, I asked specifically if I should return to them for antibiotics and related pain relief. In the time since my initial visit with their office, I went to no other provider for dentistry and in fact have recommended her to others whom have subsequently become patients. After I had concluded my visit, which was for pain relief and moving forward with impressions and dentures, I went to the adjacent pharmacy where our family regularly have medication filled. I arrived to find that the pain relief prescribed was not compatible with my current medication, I went back to *** ********** office to clear it up and seek an alternative but was brushed off and told that there would be no compromise. At this point, I'm apprehensive to continue doing business here, but understanding this decision would go a long way. I really want to believe the best about this. I think the work provided is technically sound and outside of this issue have had a very good experience with the Doctor and staff.
