I purchased a 2016 GMC Terrain from this so called "reputable" dealership in October 2022. However, the engine blew up on me about a month ago. My vehicle is still sitting there. The communication with the service department has been awful. I know that the warranty company held things up for a little bit, but they purposely avoid answering my calls and questions. I have to bug them or even show up there to get an answer. I have the text chain from ***** and I that I'd love to even share. I was told from ******* this would he a top priority, but it definitely is not! They knew my engine would arrive soon since last week. My engine arrived Tuesday, and I am still waiting on an answer to "when" they can get to it. I have requested to speak to the General Manager a few times. Nothing. I was even interested in trading it in for another vehicle on their lot. I was told I'd hear from sales. Never did! I am very frustrated and I will never return for business with this place. I will spread the word as well! I have not been treated very well. I have been to multiple dealerships in my lifetime. Nothing compares to how awful this experience has been!
