    I bought a new Honda Accord in October of 2018 from Langdale Honda on ****** Dr in Valdosta and was very pleased with how everyone, finance, management, and sales people(especially Jordan) worked hard to get me a good deal. Unfortunately things have changed over there in little and big ways. I brought my car in for a tune up and mentioned I had about 2" of water on the right side of the car. Today when I picked it up the work order showed the tune up but there was no mention of the work that had been done regarding the leak. It turns out that the "tubes" that drain the water from the roof were clogged with pieces of leaves and other natural materials that land on your car. I was surprised to find out that while they had cleaned the tubes and vacuumed the water off the floor there was still water remaing under the floor. When I asked when they were going to fix it I was told that I had to pay $2,000 to get the floor removed and it wasn't covered under warranty because I was negligent in not knowing that they would be clogged and not having them cleaned regularly. I was astounded. I clean the leaves off my car daily and have it washed every month, what more could I have done ? There is no sensor to tell you it needs to be cleaned. When I realised I needed some documentation to verify that there was a leak and that repairs had been done I made the service department document what they had done and then I asked the manager to sign it, so there was no question that he knew about the problem. The manager, who was less than helpful, and wouldn't sign the the document, started walking around my car taking photos of areas where pollen and small pieces of debris had collected around the seal inside my trunk and told me these were clues that the tubes would be clogged and I should have known that. As there was no water leak in the trunk I assumed those seals worked better than the one around my sunroof.. When I challenged him on a few things, he backed up, put his hands up and got so defensive it became impossible to talk to him. We were two body lengths apart and when I raised my finger to make a point, he said "Don't point your finger at me !" I had talked with him the day before about problems I was having with ************************** and that I was frustrated with ** and not getting a satisfactory resolution and his words to me were" don't blame me". It wasn't a great response. As a *************** of a business, you are the face of that business and the representative of that company. He had little interest, patience, or desire to help me with my concerns. I live alone, I am a 66 year old retired,disabled, widow of a ********* sergeant who served his country for 25 years, I expected better treatment from Honda.

    The vehicle appears to sit under vegitation quite a bit as it was covered in debris, mold, and mildew throughout (we have pictures of such as she referenced). It was also pointed out to ******** that the driver's side cowling was also full of debris and this drain hole was clogged also, whereas the passenger side had stains from standing debris but you could see where someone had tried to wipe it clear with their hands as you could see the finger swipe marks. We have to work within American Honda's warranty parameters, which does not cover outside elements of this nature to be covered under their warranty. We explained this to the best of our ability, however, she was unwilling to accept it. As she stated, and as a good will gesture, we did ****** the clogged drain tubes, and vacumned the water we could extract, and tried to clear/clean other possible areas at no charge to her. In summary, it is not a manufacterers defect that has occurred to her vehicle but instead, due to the vegitation debris causing a clogging situation. Finally, first I did not sign the form she requsted me to sign only because she snatched it out of my hand before I could finish reading as she departed the dealership. The entire staff was professional throughout the interaction with ********
