              My wife and I purchased a used Ford F-150 that what allegedly Blue Oval certified. We had to return the truck the next day because of safety concerns that I documented and sent to the Dealership the very next day (05 October 2023). They took the truck in for repairs and were never able to resolve/replace or honor a warranty that they sold us. Meanwhile, The Dealership never paid off the Honda that we traded in so I had to make a payment on a vehicle that we no longer owned. Fast forward to today, and Ally Bank sent us our first billing for the truck that we don't own. So, now I'm faced with paying for a truck that I don't own in order to protect my credit. My patience has been exhausted and I can no longer spend any time trying to fix something that this Dealer created.

              Maybe if youre buying a **** they are good BUT do not buy used. Its been problem after problem. Sold me a car with a leaky sunroof, burnt pigtails on BOTH headlights and burnt out, burnt fuel pump relay, missing a headrest, trunk wouldnt pop, automatic mirrors wouldnt adjust, and they tried to just say oh you know these old cars, its a 2010. My 99 had working mirrors and trunk. I asked for a headrest because its illegal to not have and they denied me. Tried to tell me the trunk couldnt be fixed because mechanics but I pressed it and they fixed it, it was literally just a relay that had to replace. Im just saying, what did that 899 dollars in dealer ************* to if youre selling me broken stuff? They didnt even check the codes, had a fuel pump relay code and I asked them to check it when I went back the next day to get my headlights fixed, completely ignored. DO NOT BUY USED FROM HERE. They are just trying to get one over on you to get it off their lot.
