      If I could have went somewhere else , I should have , I will be getting in contact with my lawyer in regards to this matter , you cant rush a sale just because of car that you didnt allow the buyer to view first before getting . I should have just went to another car lot instead of working with the agent I was with. They really need to go over quality training with their sales agent because being rushed and pushy saying your not going to look anymore for anything else is not what you say to someone making a major purchase . This has got to stop I mean seriously thats not how you handle business at all. If a customer isnt happy then you do your best to make that turnaround not bully them into getting something they dont want .

      Camaro 2012 was damage by hit run runl but front end. Neighbor block her side of the gate. Police report we both have GEICO insurance.. Repairs were completed by Dan Vaden Chevrolet bodyshop.Car was completed Electrical lights were flickering oil, tires brakes etc .I visited the dealership 17 times and ask what happen to my Vehicle. The gentleman in the body shop raised the hood and went and got a container with a hose and filled the Antifreeze up. I asked what happened to my Antifreeze.. He Apologized . Two weeks later I went back down to *** Vaden and ask why is hot air coming out of my condition. A gentleman called me yesterday from the corporate office and sad never bring you r 2012 Camaro back to *** Vaden. I file a claim for my Vehicle 2 months ago with GM in Michigan. They have left messages for *** Vaden no response. I purchase the vehicle and put $17,000 down payment on 2012. My name is ***** Salaam ************************** 912-Personal Trainer .

      Dear BBB, We are highly, very and extremely aware of ****************. We are also ****** familiar with her very well worn ******. On multiple times, we have explained that she must bare the responsibility for the servicing and maintenance of her vehicle. And we have gone far beyond the ridiculous in our efforts to satisfy ****************. While we certainly value every customer, there are the rare few that we feel would be better served by another business. We have cordially asked her to pursue a different avenue for the service of her vehicle.

      I regretfully purchased a vehicle from this dealership, a new Chevrolet Colorado z71 4door 4x4. Vehicle was overpriced but bought anyway. Then I have a recall on it. Take it to them for recall was told it would take 2 hrs (I live 100 miles away so we sit and wait)we wait 4 hrs! Leave after work was supposed to be complete only to find that vehicle isnt repaired!! The recall is the steering assist which could cause a wreck!! Upon contacting them to let them know that its not fixed we Are told to drive it back down (if towed would be at our expense as no warranty left but this is a recall) and they would recheck while we wait again and if the problem is from recall they will repair. Its doing the same thing it was doing to start with only part is worse and part is better! Warning these people dont care after the sale! **************** after sale is a joke! Have reported to Chevrolet! Wish I could have given no stars?? and also got oil changed was told we t get veterans discount since my husband is a veteran but wasnt given one. Very slow moving employees and time isnt of importance at all to them!
