I contacted **** ******* by phone approximately 1130 am to check on the availability of a ***** ****** ********* She told me the vehicle was coming from maintenance and it was available for them to go get, I could come to the store and ask for Lorenzo. She text me his name and information to meet. I arrived at the dealership around 12 to 1pm and was approached by ***** *******. Told him I was there to meet Lorenzo and ***** said he was out today but he could help me. I gave ***** the same stock number and he needed my Vin off my 2020 blazer for a trade in, and mentioned the vehicle is in Beaufort, Sc.***** then took all my information including my social, work income, and va disability pay. ***** then ask if I had a cosign i said yes my wife who is a veteran. He asked for her social and her work income. I told ***** my wife wanted to come to the dealership. He asked me to wait and see what they could do with my information. When he returned he said he needs my wife's information. I told ***** I can go get my wife and come back. I returned home and my wife wanted the estimate and my credit score since they ran my credit. I emailed ***** at 2pm from the same email address he took my pay income from to ask for my estimate and credit score. Never received a response. So I called the store to ask for ***** around 330pm. ***** told me he was with another customer and would call me back. Never received a call back. I then contacted customer service online via text message around 530pm to file an complaint and get my information that is owed to me, which is an estimate for the vehicle and my credit score since my credit has been run. Nathan H. At customer service apologized and said someone from the store should be contacting me and which I never received. Now we are coming on 7pm and the dealership will be closed and I never got anything accomplished and feel im missing a good buy for me and my family. I have brought 3 vehicles from Chevrolet and this has been the worst.
