Chatham Parkway Lexus is quoting prices, changing the quote price after the service is done and giving faulty, used or never replaced parts. I went in for brake flush, tire rotation, and spark plug change. My car never gave any indications of a battery operating at 50% but for some odd reason my battery needed to be replaced for the 3rd time in 5yrs. I have a price on my billing receipt that indicates I had a tire rotation but my service dealer told me I couldn't get a tire rotation because of the tread in my tires I'm so over the price gouging dealership. Mind you being thrown into an EV that had me stalled for 3hours in *************, **.Review from Kyle B

Advertised vehicle for approx $39,000 online and when final paperwork was in front of me it was almost $42,000 prior to tax. This was for an add on of nitrogen tires and some nonsense tint plus a 6 month warranty that I could not remove. Fast sales tactics and refusing to take that off the sale as that was advertised pricing online. If I could rate lower than 1 star I would as the salesman and sales manager both gave me some run around on it and did not explain why we have a price difference. The sales manager said that is above him and the ** would be the one to ask. The sales manager told me the ** would call me the next morning and I never heard anything back. At first I thought this was a good establishment until they purposely left my vehicle dry and I'll manageged, to have to go back and forth with this establishment about what they can do to fix the issues they have caused in my vehicle which is a brand new vehicle at that. I will no longer will purchase a vehicle from this establishment ever again, customer service is rude and unprofessional, the services you are rendered they charge you for with no explanation. And it's funny when each time u go they give you a different answer everytime.
