My husband and I went to Arlinton Toyota to purchase a car. We test-drove the car for about three to four blocks. Since it was a **** with only 6 miles on it we figured we didn't need to drive it no further. We purchased it with 10 thousand dollars down and went home. We took it back the next day because of how bad it drove over bumps and dents in the road. They said we had bought the car and that it is our car because it's a used car now. They refused to return my money or take the car back in exchange for another one. I will never recommend Arlinton Toyota to ANY ONE! NEVER! And if anyone tells me they are buying a car from there, I will do my best to have them go elsewhere.

I dated a detailer at this Dealership for 15 years. He has been promoted to Manager since this all went down. I was invited to Thanksgiving dinner at Arlington Toyota in 2018. We traded in the Corolla 2015 we both owned for a new Camry. We signed the papers and then the next day the dealership told me the bank requested to switch the primary to ******* for financing approval. So we went back in and resigned, making him the primary. Then a **uple years later, ******* found a 2008 ***** Civic at Toyota that he wanted to buy and asked me if I would **sign. I did. However, when ******* was off on Tuesday mornings he would say he had to take the Camry because it was safer for *****, his mother **uld not get in and out of the Civic due to being lowered, and he needed to take her to the store. Her husband has an Avalon. I asked to take the Civic to work and he told me that I **uldn't because it was a manual. I told him, I know how to drive a stick shift. He said it had modifications, had to put super grade gas and that I would mess it up. When I protested he said, If you dont like it, you can go live with your parents and your crackhead sister. When I found out that the men were all hooking up with the employees and taking **** photos of them and then sending them to each other and that he was going to the Goldclub everyday. The strip club that is on the AT's property. I wanted to leave the relationship. Had to get a RO and we'll guess what the civic was breaking down and he would not let me use our Camry that we ** own at all. I am afraid to go get it. Not only that he took it from me, my son (disabled) and our daughter who he has a total of 1 and 1/2 days a week. He's been delaying the **urt and not turning in paper work. His lawyer fired him. He cancels our child's insurance and pays me temp emergency of $30 a week. I can't get financing on a new car because we still owe on the one he has. I feel like Toyota taught him how. I spoke with a Rey. No call back.

I bought a 2007 ****** took it in for service. The service advisor came back and told me it needed a radiator and a serpentine belt didn't have the money to fix it at the time so I went and bought an extended warranty when I took the truck back in to have the radiator and timing belt fixed they tried to charge me $200 for a radiator cap after explaining to this service advisor that he already told me it needed a radiator and a serpentine belt after several minutes of arguing back and forth finally the service manager came over. They called me back told me that the radiator and serpentine belt was fine and their excuse was a different service tech looked at it fast forward a few months I had you joints done with no problem fast forward another month my truck overheated after I inspected the top radiator hose where it connects to the radiator the radiator was cracked some lights came on on my dash so I took it back in and got a different service advisor this time they told me that the lights were a new transmission so I told him to go ahead and fix it under warranty with my extended warranty company and to go ahead and replace the radiator because it was cracked under warranty my truck sat there for 3 weeks almost a month waiting for the transmission the service advisor came back and told me that they didn't mess with the radiator because it was cracked and they didn't want to touch it because they might crack it some more as I was trying to explain to him the service advisor before me told me it needed a new radiator he proceeded to raise his *********** which I raised my back and they kicked me out of the dealership and now they're telling me that I can't go back to that dealership the worst experience I've ever had as far as service in a car

I drove 2 hours from South Georgia to ************, ** to get to ARLINGTON Toyota in ************, **. I had been conversing back and forth with an online salesman and was told when I entered the dealership that day at 11:40, that he would be at work at noon. So, I figured after I test drove the vehicle, I would then meet this online salesman. The online salesman never came over to introduce himself. A young polite salesman was assigned to us. We test drove the car and got back to the dealership and started talking money, down payment, etc. This young salesman went to get another salesman. We said we would put a down payment down but its none of their business how much we will put down. We said, lets just say $1,000.He said they assessed our trade-in. Nobody even looked at our vehicle! He stating he could not give us more than $17,000 for trade in. We stated we needed $20,300, which is what CARVANA would give us and then we would make the deal. They kept lying saying they cannot do that. We left the dealership. We went down 2 dealerships to ****** ***** and asked up front for $20,300 for trade-in. After 2 minutes, they said, "Yes because we want your business!" The next day, we drove home in our new (used) *****.A couple of days after I purchased my vehicle from ****************** in ************, **, a representative from Arlington called me. I told her what happened. She said the salesman left a review stating that WE WERE ASKING FOR PAYOFF FOR our trade-in. I was fuming but not surprised from what I had witnessed. I told her that was a LIE!!!! They lie to their own people!! Please run from this place and go to a ****** dealership. ****** is part of ****** **************** and their motto is to be "The most guest centric automotive retailer". They strive to create a culture where team members are engaged and empowered to provide guests with a superior experience. I witnessed that experience!

I am so thankful that I dodged a bullet with this place. I should have known when returning from test driving a vehicle and the comment was made to "***" from ****** that "he's not that kind of guy" to get in my car and leave that place ASAP, but no. ****** decided to tell me that he could get the price of the vehicle with just a soft credit pull. He completely lied as I received a notification on my phone alerting me of a new hard inquiry to my credit. The rep only showed me the vehicles HE wanted me to buy. It's completely unprofessional and why car sales people get the reputation that they have. I will NEVER buy from the company and highly advise others to beware!

Went to test drive a new Rav4, was told didnt have any in stock to drive and left for another dealership. After testing driving at another dealership we went back to Arlington to put a deposit on one coming in and was told it was available. We arrive and was told its available, completed the credit app understanding we were financing that specific vehicle. Sale man comes back and said vehicle was sold. When we asked for the manager he shows me text messages the car sold 2 hours prior. We asked the sales guy if our credit was pulled and he said no. We leave and put a deposit at another dealership to then find out Arlington pulled our credit under false pretenses the vehicle I wanted was available. The manager that pulled my credit is the one that knew the car was sold even showed me the text with conformation it sold hours earlier. They now refuse to help correct the credit pull nor did they provide any documents for pulling my credit. There was no trust in lending or disclosures provided. Said they will try and provide today over a day later after pulling our credit for a vehicle they couldnt sell.

I went to Arlington Toyota & a sales person approached me and asked if I was interested in buying a new Prius. I mentioned my interest, and he proceeded to tell me that a 2023 Toyota Prius would be delivered to the dealership in 2-3 weeks and with $500 they would hold the car for me. Since, my intention was to purchase a new vehicle. I paid the $500 that would later go toward the purchase of my vehicle. My husband is currently on deployment in ***** and he wanted the process to go smoothly. We got approved for a car loan through Navy Federal. I met with the sales ******************** manager. The finance manager ************** was very persistent that I get the loan through the dealership and later refinance with Navy Federal. He gave me many excuses of why I should finance through the dealership. For example; Navy Federal doesn't like to work with Arlington Toyota, & the process is more difficult. Even though I declined multiple times, he kept insisting and became visibly angry that I would not comply with his suggestion. This situation made me feel very uncomfortable and I left. As a consumer, we have the right to choose our financial institution since we are responsible for the loan. I will not be bullied into doing something that I don't agree with. Arlington Toyota not only violated my rights as a consumer, but the financial manager tried to bully and Force Finance for his personal gain. To my understanding, it is against ********* Consumer Protection Law, for not accepting Navy Federal Credit payment, but also violating ( Fla. Sta ******** Unlawful acts and practices) (3) A person who is willfully using, or has willfully used, a method, act, or practice in violation of this part directed at a military service member or the spouse or dependent child of a military service member is liable for a civil penalty of not more than $15,000 for each such violation if she or he knew or should have known that her or his conduct was unfair or deceptive

I had a disappointing experience at Arlington Toyota when I bought a 2022 Toyota Camry SE. I paid for a premium maintenance package, but when I needed service, I found out it was canceled. After complaining, they "fixed" it, but it turned out to be basic coverage only. I can't reach anyone for help. The car had more damage than disclosed, and they didn't deliver on promised windshield fluid and a full tank of gas. I feel misled and won't buy from a dealership again. Beware of their deceptive practices!
