The staff at Mr Rogers Windows were exemplary in their professionalism, communication, and project execution from beginning to end. We contacted them when a few of the original Anderson windows on our 40-year-old home (which should give you an idea of the great quality of this product) began finally showing wear enough to warrant replacement. They sent us a picture of the employee that was going to come out to give us the quote before he even arrived, so we knew exactly who was going to be showing up at our door. From that point on, every staff member that we had contact with continued to make sure everything was clearly communicated so that there were no surprises on our end. Once the installation date was set, we had two windows and a slider door replaced within a matter of hours of beginning construction. The guys that replaced the windows were polite, confident in their abilities, communicative and reassuring throughout the entire process. The follow-through after the installation continued to surprise us in their professionalism, making sure that we were completely satisfied with their business and quality. If more companies in this country would follow their example, all of us would be so much happier in our experiences with each other.
