    Hello. I would like to make a complaint against this Hall Hyundai service center. My engine failed after having my car for only 18 months. I took my vehicle to a Hyundai dealership as covered under the manufacturer's warranty with confidence that I would be given excellent customer service and care to my vehicle in a timely manner. I towed my car to them January 5th and was added to an engine list placed at **** I was told by the tech helping me at that time thatt my repairs would take between 3 to 4 months... I Was not given a service loaner, and it is now mid may and only at *** (wow); almost half a yr later still with no service loaner vehicle either.. The techs do not attempt to call/update me in regards to my vehicle.. updates are only given when I call weekly, and questions are then answered by techs with frustration and attitude as if I shouldn't be concerned about my vehicle and why the work to my car is nowhere near completion yet. This is my only means of transportation. I have been dependent on **** and ****** which is costly to commute. Where it would be much easier and appropriate if I was given a loaner vehicle. I still make payments on this vehicle as well,l so this has been a significant burden to me and my family at this moment. I would love to see some appropriate progression in making repairs needed and returning my vehicle sooner than later. Once again it has been almost half a year. I don't know what else to do. If any assistance that you can provide for me would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Jamella **

    Southern hyundai service department need to train there service department on update navigation system there people doesn’t know how to do it. When you buy a car from the dealer ship they should know how to help you and they are very rude that don’t even know were you get the update from You have to make appointment for a five minute job before Southern took it over **** ******* people would show you how to do little thing on your car, order SD card show you how to put address in for the navigation system and more
