1.Painting sloppy..did not smooth over areas of wall where needed..their response "not part of a painters job". Paint on floor, all over my tub and faucet..did not prep walls.. (5) five doors peeled and had to be re painted WHICH I HELPED TO DO.. two walls were never painted. Should have been two coats of paint..person did not LISTEN to what customer wanted. PAINT SPILLED ALL OVER GARAGE.
2. ELECTRIC NOT UP TO CODE AND GOT ANNOYED WHEN SAID NOT GOING TO PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKES ..HAD TO GET ANOTHER CONTRACTOR TO FIX THE PROBLEM.
3..Estimate took three weeks to get and not ITEMIZED very well.
4. Workers left doors open in the summer and air conditioner CRANKED up to fifty. FOOD LEFT ALL OVER...
5..OVERCHARGED ON FLOORING ...I KNOW THE PRICE HE PAID AND HE QUOTED A HIGHER PRICE... difference of *** dollars..
6.CHARGED FOR REMOVAL AND CLEAN UP WHICH WAS PRICED TOGETHER ..NEVER DID CLEAN UP AND WAS STILL CHARGED.
7.CIGARETTES BUTTS LEFT ALL OVER.
8.LEFT FRONT DOOR UNLOCKED AND LIGHTS ON.
9.THIS WAS A FRIEND OF THE FAMILY..TRUSTED THE PERSON TO DO GOOD QUALITY WORK AND VERY DISAPPOINTED.. BEWARE!!!
10.Left their things in garage for EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME...
