Picking a company to install your roof is not a easy decision and I met with a few but it’s was the professionalism that I experienced with Custom Home Improvements and Repairs is what set them apart from everyone else. Giovanni was very pleasant to work with and he did a great job explaining everything to me. Kimberly the production and scheduling manager was also very pleasant and reviewed the whole installation process with in a way in which I could understand from start to finish. The whole process was flawless. The roof was installed in one day and when they left my yard was spotless. Top notch service. Would definitely recommend.

The overall was fantastic job work ethics. Clean up everything very professional. Edgar was great as the siding Martin. His supervisor was fantastic and the guy. That was filling in for mark Keith *****. Great salesman and Kimberley and a scheduling and finance department. Was fabulous. I am totally pleased with the work and the outcome of everything that was done. And when I was talking about Edgar him Andy sisters. Everybody was were fabulous. The guys who put the gutters in were just as professional and everything and to have him clean app and to pick up and everything and go back-and-forth and check and ask you. Will you please? Will you happy whatever time was very professional and showing that you're proud of what you're doing?

We had seen Custom Home Improvement working in the neighborhood and asked the homeowner about them and he absolutely raved about their work. We met with John, one of the co-owners, to discuss type of shingles, warranties and the overall process. He answered several questions I had and helped me to decide on which colors that would accent and increase the value of my home. He discussed the warranty and advantages of GAF Timberline HDZ shingles and gave me an estimate of cost. He was amazing work with. He was very professional, courteous, informative and extremely thorough. He worked very closely with the insurance adjusters taking care of all the insurance negotiations. Additionally, he came by the project everyday that the crew was here. Kimberly was also very professional and kept me up to date at all times. There were never any surprised throughout the entire project because she kept us well informed. Francisco and his crew were amazing. He checked in with us regularly throughout the day to see if we had any questions or concerns. After the work was completed the entire crew went above and beyond to clean up the areas around the house. If you are looking for the "Best of the Best" then look no further than Custom Home Improvements. The entire team went out of their way to make the roof replacement as seamless as possible for us. You will not be disappointed selecting them for your roofing needs. Well Done to the entire team.

I would like to say, On behalf of my parents...who really love the work that was done on their roof. Not just the working guys on the roof. But the clerical staff was excellent. Kimberly , the Production Office Manager was so helpful with my parents. Her being so pilot and patience with my Dad who is 80 years old was awesome. I would recommend Custom Home Improvement to everyone who's in need of such work. The are so clean and sufficient with their work, and they completed everything from removing the old shingles to replacing the wood that was needed, to putting on the new shingles in One Day. Leaving before 4:00 pm. Wonderful! The Finance department understood that they were working with the elderly and permitted time for myself the daughter to get with my Dad and reply back to them as soon as we could. Need a roof repair, new shingles, new roof. You should call. Oh, and I can't forget Kevin the site guy that came to my parents home to help assess what was needed. We Thank you guys for everything. I was in the market for a new roof for my house. I chose Custom Home Improvements to beautify my home. I met with Mike, Inspector/Product Specialist to discuss type of shingles and what my budget would allow. He answered several questions I had and helped me to decide on which colors that would accent and increase the value of my home. He discussed the warranty and advantages of GAF Timberline HDZ shingles and gave me an estimate of cost. He provided good customer service, was polite and respectful as I decided which shingle to choose. Weathered wood was my choice. It accents my colors beautifully. Kimberly was courteous and professional and kept me up to date at all times. She let me know when the job would be scheduled and called with reminders and any changes and always asked if I had any questions. Francisco, Production Mgr. and his crew were wonderful. He said please let me know if you have any concerns at all. He made sure his crew was doing everything perfect and properly. No wonder Custom Home Improvements is ranked the Best of the Best for receiving another award for excellence!!!! Their team is amazing!!! The crew went above and beyond to make me Happy and even sang on my roof top!!! An extra bonus!!! From start to finish I can't be more pleased with my roof which I will enjoy for many years. Custom Home Improvement did a wonderful job on my roof and provided excellent customer service from the salesmanship of Giovanni, and the very patient scheduling and information of Kimberly. I felt I was in good hands all the way. The materials are guaranteed for over 30 years! The crew was professional completing it in one day and clean up was white glove worthy! I recommend them to anyone needing work on their prized possession- home.

After seeing my neighbors house get done by custom home improvements, and their work came out great, I decided to get my own quote with the company. I got my siding, roof, trim and gutters done. My house looks completely different, and I am amazed on how fast they did the project. Between the communication from Kimberly, Keith and Mark to the project getting executed by the contractos, they made the entire process so easy! I would definitely recommend them for any project big or small. A small piece of siding and trim came loose at the 2nd story roof line on the back of the house. I called Custom Home Improvements and spoke with Mark. We scheduled his fix visit and today Mark came to the house and reattached the loose items. I appreciate all the work Mark has done for us and keeping our house looking new.
