Bay encapsulated our crawl space in 20** due to excessive moisture in floor joists. Since that time humidity levels in the area are consistently below 50%. Two weeks ago Josh and Gary performed our yearly maintenance, which includes, checking entire crawl space for loose seams in vapor barrier, proper operation of the dehumidifier and condensate pump, cleaning the dehumidifier filter and changing batteries in both sensors. They called to let me know when they would arrive, explained what they would do and gave me a final report of what they found (including pictures). End result everything is functioning as required. Great job by Bay Crawl Space and good people to deal with.Review from Jim T

In late March, we had our annual inspection on our Bay Crawl Space installed encapsulation system. The efficient, customer service focused scheduling process began with Kristen. The Bay Crawl team members (Matt and Jordan) arrived on time and explained the services that would be performed during the inspection. As in the past, we were totally impressed with the customer service, professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail exhibited by every team member with whom we dealt. Called Bay Crawl Space Repair to do yearly encapsulation maintenance and scheduled them to do the job. Josh called and said he had finished up his last job early and could be at my house earlier than scheduled if I wanted. When he arrived he explained to me what he was going to do which was to check that the dehumidifier and sump pump were all working, clean the dehumidifier filter, clean out around the sump pump, replace batteries in the sensor and inspect and take pictures of the crawl space. When he finished, everything was working and looked good, gave me the summary of what was done and showed me the pictures he had taken. I was very pleased with their service.Review from Cory A

Thank you to Bay Crawl Space Foundation Repair! We had an all around pleasant experience from start to finish. Kasey who came out to complete the Bora Care was very personable and answered all of our questions. Art and Jordan came out to fix our foundation, install a sump pump and dehumidifier. They did a wonderful job. They were knowledgeable, clean, and very professional. They explained what they were doing each day and got the job done through all the rain! The electrical team, Adrian and Paul, put all the outlets and lights in places that were easy to access.Review from Melissa A

After having an encapsulation, a humidifier and crawl jacks installed - we were up for our yearly maintenance. As always, the guys that entered our home were amazing. This time we saw Art and Jordan. Their professionalism and yet personable attitude (especially with our pets, which we appreciated so much!) well exceeded our expectations. I already had a crawlspace encapsulation from Bay....but some years later needed some adjustments on my sump pumps. Matt and Jordan came out and did a great job. They listened to the "symptoms" I was having and took care of everything. They were friendly, quick, and efficient. Again, great job. Bay Crawl Space Foundation Repair installed 3 jacks & 9' of steel & sistered 2 joist in just a few hours. The cracks in the wall sealed up by the jacks & the shower insert was leveled. Josh & Chris A. were professional & worked quickly & efficiently.
