I cannot put gas in my tank without pumping the gas handle off and on. I took it in they said. "I need a new gas tank and fuel pump costing over. ******* Ask why so much. "Oh, well your problem is in the tank" I told them," I will wait for a recall." it only has 50,749 miles on it. Have never before in my life had trouble with a gas tank. And I'm 72

Most horrible customer service ever. They had our car for 4 months waiting on a part could not tell us if/when it was coming in. DID NOT update us, we had to call service. In addition to having pay monthly payments on the car, insurance on a car we didn't have. This dealership made us pay for a rental car. They in no way never offered any compensation. However when the time came they needed a payment for the rental, service was on the phone daily wanting money to the point of harressment and making her cry. The Sales offered us ****** 2 months ago, now the Sales Manager has dropped it ******* dollars for no reason. No one can give us a solution. I even had a case manager assigned to try and facilitate for us. Well that did no good. I would not recommend anyone take their car here or buy from them. They do not take care of the customer. By the way, car is still there.

AVOID THIS SEVICE CENTER AT ALL COSTS!

I brought my **** *** ***** to Williamsburg *** for an oil change, inspection, and tire rotation. Costing me ****

I was told I needed new ball joints **** and rear brakes and rotors ***** When I questioned them, I was given a number to the *** and told I could make an appointment and they would check the inspection to confirm the findings. However the number I was given didn't work. ​

I had the car re-inspected at a local automotive chain ********* ***). They rear brake pads needed to be replaced, however the rotors & ball joints were ***** They inspected the ball joints closely, shaking, and even test drove it. The ball joints were "tight, no play at all, perfect"
​Total cost of actual repairs was ******* - ******* cheaper than Williamsburg *** service!

I left a message for the *** Service Manager but he didn't return my call. AND I can't even leave a review on ****** for them. It appears they turned off reviews after they started getting several bad ones. So they appear to be at 4 stars when they are clearly NOT.
