Ordered a 24 weft to have installed. Less than a month after install my wefts were 4-9 in most spots, constantly matted, and felt like straw and horse hair. Company sent me a replacement pack after refusing a refund and admitted ************* was defective. The next pack I received was the exact same. I have had the hair in not even 4 weeks, it is barely reaching my **** length wise, and feels like literally hay. I cant even have the hair any way except a braid because it is constantly matted and so itchy from the texture. I dont even think this is real human hairReview from Jade H

I ordered this hair first of all it took forever. Granted it was customized so cool. Then when I got the hair I could tell it was horrible but I said let me Atleast wet it, wash it and try to define curls. So I brung to my beautician she did everything and yes she cut the lace also because I was wearing the hair for my bday. Once then girl dried up after an hr that hair was very puffy as of I ordered the ***** girl but I ordered the Burmese curl. The hair looked horrible! I immediately took off and put on an old wig for my bday! Ruined my whole bday!!!Review from Amber T

I would give this company a zero if I could.. I spent $800 with a $36 shipping fee to have them overnighted. However , 4 days later and nothing. Tracking number says label created so Ive called ***** and they said havent received it and shipper is only one that can file a claim. Ive called glam seamless MULTIPLE times last 3 days and they said they wont file claim on my behalf. Also , they said it shipped and ***** didnt scan it so nothing they can do. Seems shady to me! They said left warehouse but arent willing to do anything to help! All they did was create a label !!! These were for my wedding day which intensifies the issue !Glam Seamless Response

Hello,We have been in communication with ***** providing a resolution for the issues she's experiencing with her order. Upon further review we see she was in communication with our team. She reached out stating she had not received her order. We refunded her ***** she paid for since her order was not received on time. We also offer Route Protection at checkout for our customers to purchase in case the order should get lost in transit. The customer did not purchase it as we still assisted her with filing the ***** claim on her behalf and we also assisted her with one time replacement of the lost order. We shipped her everything complimentary along with no charge for the shipping. The only thing we billed her for was for the Route Protection to make sure her order was insured. Since then the customer has filed a chargeback with her credit card company which is within our policy. Once the chargeback has been submitted we can no longer assist the customer until she drops the chargeback she filed with her credit card company. As this is part of our company terms and conditions. As this is part of our company terms and conditions which the customer agreed to at checkout.Review from Anna R

HORRIBLE. I ordered two sets of hair extensions for over $500 and only one arrived. When I contacted them about it they told me that because I didnt pay shipping protection I had to file a claim with **** and gave me their ***** number. I cant file a claim because I dont know all the company information with the postal service. I have contacted Glam Seamless several times about this issue and no one is responding. They say they have video of it being packed at their warehouse but wont show me the video.Im pretty sure this company is a scam. Try ******* instead. Theyre way better.Glam Seamless Response

Hello,We have been in communication with ***** on providing a resolution for the issues she's experiencing with her order. As the customer stated she did not receive one pack of her extensions. We checked video footage with our warehouse team and they confirmed they packed and shipped all items. This is part of our process we do here at Glam when customers reach out stating they did not receive all items on the order. We also offer Route Protection on all orders for purchase at checkout. The customer did not purchase reason we had her file the claim with ***** Although she stated she could not file a claim. We still offered a one time replacement of the missing item with the purchase of Route only which is a small percentage of her the order which she was not going to be charged for the missing item. The customer refused and did not want to comply. We now see she filed a chargeback with with her credit card company. Until she drops the charge we unfortunately cannot assist her with resolution as mentioned this is part of our terms and conditions.Review from Sandra N

Terrible customer service. My card was overcharged and not only will they not refund the difference they won't cancel the order even though I contacted them immediately after the purchase price was changed. They are also deleting my reviews as soon as I put them on their page. So not only will I not get my money back even though the hair has not shipped they will not allow negative reviews on their page which is extremely misleading to customers. They should be investigated for shady business dealings.Glam Seamless Response

Hello,We have been in communication with ****** on providing a resolution for the issue she's experiencing with her order. Upon further review ****** has a stylist account with us under the email address ************************ where she would receive 10% stylist discounts. Unfortunately she placed her order under an alternate email address which is not associated with her account. This is why she did not receive her discount. Per our policy we do not provide refunds or cancellations once an order is placed. The customer is advised to use the correct email address for any future purchases in order to receive her discount. NOT real hair as advertised!!! Synthetic hair that mats & tangles horribly. I've worn extensions off & on for 10 years & this is the first time with this company & will be the last. Horrible quality & misleading about type of hair. It's clearly synthetic. By the way I work in a lab & looked at it under a microscope & 85-90% synthetic! Buyer beware wurst company horrible hair they deceit the consumers and only post 5 star reviews. Save your money hair gets matted after 2 weeks and then toss it away . The c/s is horrible and don’t resolve the issue you send pictures as they ask and they say it looks fine try our mask ??I was told you can only use there products on remy tape in extensions?? False I use higher quality products sulfate free , paraban free and it’s the hair . If you notice when they ask you to review the hair as I did on there site they don’t post it as they don’t want customers to know the truth . The emails I have going back and forth with them is ridiculous after 2 weeks of purchase .. they shouldn’t be in businessGlam Seamless Response

Hello, We have been in communication with **** on providing a resolution for the issues she's experiencing with her extensions. All Glam Seamless extensions come with a 60 day guarantee against manufacturing defects. In the event that the hair extension is deemed as defective we will then either issue a full credit to the account (Store Credit Only) or a partial credit. We reserve the right to determine how much of a credit shall be issued based on many factors such as usage and claim dates. Upon review of the claim, we did not find any manufacturing defects for her extensions and have provided a complimentary hair care kit as well as replacement tape. We are continuing to correspond with **** to provide the best tips and resolution for her extensions.Review from Jkh

Horrible experience.. hair arrived not as advertised.. 1 single weft of thin frizzy hair for $300. I never opened the box and it says you can do return or exchange as long as it’s not opened. However I went to initiate a return and it says not returnable. The girl on customer service didn’t care or even remotely express concern that I was so disappointed. This company does not care if you’re happy, just give them your money.Glam Seamless Response

These are a favorite with stylist! 1 pack of our Traditional Weft is enough for a full head installation for thin-medium hair. Our Traditional Wefts are eligible for returns as long as they are not opened.
