I bough our travel insurance since may 2021, our trip was interruted on September 17th, the first country we visited because of Covid, it was covered, we file our claim on the day of the diagnosis, we had to cancel other 4 destinations and quarantine, we came back straight home, started sending documents on September 28 to ********** claims, ******************, since then, around every 3 weeks they send a response from ****************************, saying that I need to send more invoices, when I sent the vouchers, plain tickets, tours, Ferry ****** reservations, etc. Then they wanted proof of payment then we sent bank statements, then they requested original payments, original trip itinerary and new trip itinerary, I sent everything and the last time I sent something was in December 16th, I've been calling them it takes me about 2 to 3 hours waiting on the line to get someone to answer, if I'm lucky to have someone telling me that, my case is still been reviewed and to be patient because there have many claims and fewer people, they should hire more people it's been 4 months already, when they told that it would take only 15 days, when I bought it. This is the first time I have to use a travel insurance but I have been buying since *************************************************************************************************** not make it worst.This is a truthful complaint against Travellinsurence.com where we bought it, the company I sent documents, *************** *** **********. I guess they all work together

I have purchased travel insurance from travelinsurance.com on many occasions. I have consistently had great experiences. **************** is excellent and very knowledgable and the website is easy to navigate and very user friendly. On the occasions where I've had to file a claim, that has been very easy as well and financial reimbursement has been very quick. All in all, a very positive experience every time.
