We placed an order through Walmart.ca, but sold and shipped by Unlimited Cellular(UC), 08/28/21. Order #********, ref. #*******. I believe their order number was #*************. The Lakanto Sweetner was advertised as **** oz pkgs., 1 case, for $32.17, plus shipping. Product arrived, but instead of ****oz pkgs, there was 1. They admitted the ad was wrong, took it down right away, and offered us a 50% discount or a refund. We chose the refund. They said they would pay the original cost, including shipping and the cost to us to ship it back. We were told that once they received the product, they would refund the purchase, including the return shipping fee. We did as they requested and received the refund for everything except our shipping cost, $17.10. On 11/21/21 Krys told us, "Successfully refunded return shipping fee $17.10, in original mode of payment (MC). Wait a couple days to reflect your account." Never showed up. Then on 11/30/21, **** said "$17.10 return shipping fee sent to accounting for review." On 01/11/21 Tesa told us that "this has been discussed with the refund department and unfortunately we are unable to process a refund beyond the full amount of your order." In conclusion, UC owes us $17.10, that was promised us and said was processed. The ad was deceiving and the order was never fulfilled. The lies and deceit makes this the worst customer service event i have every experienced.
