I placed an order on 2/8/2022. Not only there is a lot of missing communication but the customer representative was not very friendly. First, they did not contact me to get the artwork proof until I need to make three phone calls. Finally, someone sent me the artwork for proofing. On their website, it shows the order will be delivered on 3/1/2022. I just call them again today. She told me it will take another couple of days. After that my order may ship out but still not sure when. I have been calling them more than 5 times. I still did not get the answer as to when the product will ship out. Because this is for the tax folder and it's tax season now. So if your company can not ship it out asap. Please cancel my order. So I can order the folder from another seller asap.

Unbelievable. I ordered 100 calendars for my business along with 100 envelopes to mail them to my clients. I ordered these as part of a time sensitive marketing campaign, so I needed to know where things were in order to plan. After 2 weeks, I hadn't heard anything, so I called to find out about the order status. No one could tell me anything about the order, only that it had been sent to a third party vendor, despite indicating top of the line printing equipment on its site. Called at the end of the week, still no answers. They told me they couldn't get anything since it was the end of the week, so I waited over the weekend and called back Monday. Still no answers. I got fed up and chose to cancel the order. They told me they had to wait until they heard back from the vendor to cancel the order. At that point, I was just done and ordered my calendars with a different company.A few weeks later, two boxes showed up at my house- the calendars and the envelopes. I figured mines press knew the calendars wouldn't be good to anyone else (they were printed with my name and credentials on them) so they just sent them to me. Two weeks later I got a call from the company stating the calendars had been sent by mistake and that they either needed to **** me or get them back. I told them I had intention of paying for the calendars and that I had already hand addressed the envelopes. They were welcome to the shipment but they needed to be aware that the envelopes were no longer good and the calendars have my info on them. The company is paying money to have the items shipped back to them, I kid you not. I asked what they will do with the shipment once they get it back, the plan is to cut my info off the calendar and give it to nursing homes and schools in the area. Again, I kid you not. This is their plan, instead of cutting losses and learning from their root problem- poor communication- they're going to cut up the calendars and give them away.Net loss here- I wasted a total of three weeks waiting for updates on an order when I could have just started with a different company. Also, it is time consuming to address 100 envelopes by hand (I wanted the personal touch). What an absolutely absurd business practice.Never again, Mines Press! I'm absolutely going to steer clear of these guys in the future and recommend you do the same.
