Company basically stole $2.5k from us. We called them to patch our roof and during the assessment they told us we should remove our whole house fan in the attic because it was obsolete - all we needed to do was install another vent on the other side of our roof (for the price of $1.5k). WRONG. Cut to today, our electrician told us this would cause our HVAC system to overheat (it's in the attic) and they never should have recommended removing it. To make matters worse, Four Seasons left the LIVE WIRE they cut to remove the fan just hanging in the attic!!!! Luckily our electrician boxed this off for us, free of charge.PLUS when Four Seasons removed the fan, they said they would color match the replacement siding with our existing siding to the best of their ability. They patched my dark **** siding with nearly white siding!!!! Then I was told if I wanted it matched better, it would be an additional $900. Calls to discuss this are unreturned (it's been over a week).This experience has been terrible. I wouldn't call them unless you have some understanding of these things - otherwise they will squeeze every ***** out of you with unnecessary and costly (even harmful) extra projects!!!!

Excellent work and service roof looks great, reasonably priced. They did my house years ago and did a such a great job that we recommended them for my Moms house excellent workmanship

I hired them to install a new roof, soffits and gutters. I complained about damages to the property and bad installation. They came back many times in the attempt to rectify the problems they created, just to cause more issues. Now they don't answer to any communications and plenty of problems are left behind.
