I ordered a pair of shoes on the 16th of December with an expected shipping date between December *****. My product still has not shipped as of 12/29. *** reached out to them several times. Theyve provided me false tracking numbers, twice! One from *** and one from ****** Both times only saying a label was created. This is the 2nd and last pair of shoes thatll Ill ever order from here. My pair before this took two weeks to arrive. The communication with customer from this company is unacceptable.Review from Shakie H

Kicks on fire is a FAKE seller the shoes are FAKE and they will try to convince you that they are real. They also has been trying to get me to pay to ship the shoes back to them as I paid for shipping to get the fake shoes. That means I will be out of more money on something I dont want. I will not be paying to send the fake shoes back and has opened up a dispute with my credit card company. Let this site alone no good.Review from Mike S

Do not buy from KicksOnFire. Spent almost $300 for sales that I have yet to receive. They are liars. Told me I would have tracking information within 24 hours. Ha! Scammers! Currently in dispute with them.Review from Sarah B

I will be report kicks on fire to the better business bureau. I've messaged your company on the 21st and the 27th asking for a tracking number on the product I already purchased from you company. still have have not gotten a response! purchased was ordered on the 17th, and no update or response. I also order another shoe which I now regret. after this I will no longer do business with kicks on fire. very unprofessional. I will be giving my business to flight club or other retailers that can get the job done and in a timely manner. I'm very upset.Review from James

I hate that I ordered shoes from them they have no customer service i want my money back I spent 297 on my shoes they haven’t still hgave me a tracking number somi can be able to see my order. I ordered shoes 3/16/23 its now 3/23/23 I haven’t yet to still receive any updates on my shoes i would like my full refund back of 297 i have my order number from them as wellReview from Jeremy W

They never delivered my package keep giving me the run around s dont have a number to call and do not respond they got over on me for 340$ pair of shoes still have not gotten my money back or my shoes. I recommend nvr shopping with them they is scandalous.Review from Stephanie B.

Kicks on Fire is an absolute fraud company! $350 was taken of my money and I received a FAKE and USED (but tried to make them look new) pair of shoes, that are way too big, so they do not fit my son. They have NO RETURN POLICY, so if you get something that's wrong or defective, you can't send it back? I contacted them in writing twice and have yet to receive a response. So essentially, they took money from me, in a fraudulent transaction. I have heard several negative things about this company and I have been encouraging everyone to file a BBB review like this, against Kicks On Fire. I am a single mom of 4 kids and this was a Christmas gift for my oldest son, so now he's upset and heartbroken about these shoes. I'm so angry at this company....... no wonder they ARE NOT BBB Accredited!Review from Holly E

Terrible. I placed an order for a pair of shoes priced at $210. They immediately canceled my order and then marked the exact same shoe and size up to $310. Poor business practice, shady. Do not purchase from this company.
