      UPDATE: I was messaged via Yelp from another client of **** and Rose's, who claimed that **** and Rose now message to their clients that clients CANNOT leave bad reviews for them, and if a client violates this agreement, the client will be pursued by legal action. THIS IS A VIOLATION OF THE CONSUMER REVIEW FAIRNESS ACT, WHICH BECAME LAW ON 12/14/2016. Here is the link to the act from Congress.gov https://www.congress.gov/****/114th-congress/house-****/5111 ************** A single word to describe my experience with this business: unprofessional. Please spare yourself the heartache and frustration and pass on this vendor.**** and ****, through their contracting, and designing process, have acted utterly unprofessional when it comes to guiding brides through the process of developing their wedding arrangements.This business continually gaslit my bride when discussing design options for floral arrangements. My bride requested such common flowers as ranunculus, seeded eucalyptus, garden roses and a variety of other greens for the bouquets and decorations for her venue, the **************. My bride was told that these flowers would be unavailable for an October wedding, and was completely shut down and told that the only violet and burgundy flowers that would be available to her at that time of the year would be lilies and black calla lilies, which were expressly signaled by the bride that these flowers were associated with emotionally distressing times in her life, and should not be included in the arrangements.Designer ***** then took notes on the contract, which were nearly impossible to decipher and most certainly contributed to the confusion and manipulation on her part to not adhere to my bride's wishes.When scheduling another meeting to clarify the clear disconnect between the bride's wishes and the perceptions of ***** when designing the arrangements, it was clearly stated that the third meeting would be one to settle securely on the final flowers for the arrangements while on the phone with *****.While beginning the meeting, ***** and **** made it abundantly clear that they were uninformed that this meeting was another design one, and continually mentioned how much they were put out by having to have another meeting of this nature, even when this was stated clearly on the phone prior to this meeting. Not only was this incredible rude, but also bafflingly unprofessional and counter-intuitive to how one should conduct business: rather than condescending to your client, would not a business owner try to come to an agreement with their client so as to maintain their professional relationships and ensure that they received the revenue from their client?My bride was also gaslit on such minuscule details as being told by **** and Rose that the business was closed on Tuesdays, yet their website clearly states their hours as being open on Tuesdays, and when my bride called the business, the owners were clearly in the building. This was in regards to my bride receiving her full refund, which she stated would be picked up on said Tuesday, and yet needed to prod ***** and **** to relinquish her money in either a cashier's check or cash, as at this point all professional integrity on the part of this vendor had been dissolved.**** himself condescended the most to myself and my bride, when he felt he needed to explain the concept of supply and demand in order to skirt their responsibilities in providing the common flowers that my bride wished to have in her arrangements. He felt the need to continually remind us how accommodating he and his business were, when they clearly acted the opposite during the entire process.Again, their business manner defies all logic, as they could not even act professionally enough to care about their business relationships, reputations, and at the very least acting cordial enough to ensure that they ****** revenue with my bride's contract. Steer clear.
