            I have my car valet parked by this Restaurant's ******************. Their driver pull out of the street without looking and another car hit my car while they were valet parking it. This is the valet driver's fault and they have no insurance for working this valet parking service. The restaurant takes no liability for working this service and inform me that I will need to take it up with the Valet driver that damaged my car. As a restaurant that hires services exclusively for their parking lot did not hire a 3rd party service that have insurance to protect customers of their negligence while my car was in their procession. My insurance can't claim the restaurant. This restaurant should either have their own insurance to run the valet parking service or have a 3rd party to buy insurance to cover damages while it was in their procession. My damages to my car was $25K. The other party that they hit, is trying to get damage claim from my insurance. Problem was that I wasn't driving the car at the time.
