            I put in an application to purchase a home from riverbend housing company **** mailed in a $200 money order. In which $50 was non refundable. In 2020. After not getting any updates about application waitlist status. I called to inquire. I was informed that I am owed a refund I have paperwork to prove it and still I have not gotten my application fee refund and all interest accrued.

            I am a tenant at Riverbend Housing. As a cooperative building, tenants pay a maintenance fee every month, but things aren't being properly maintained in the building. There is a leak that has been in my bathroom for over five months. Now there is severe damage and mold on my ceiling. I have been going back and forth with management and maintenance to resolve this problem and they have made little to no effort in fixing this issue. I have alerted 311 about this days ago and management still hasn't taken any steps in fixing the issue. The issues in the entire building are being handled with incompetence and management and maintenance are not being properly held accountable with their inaction in properly maintaining this building. The building should not be run down like it is and tenants do not deserve this!
