              Paid for a two (2) year extension to our subscription and only received a one (1) year extension.I have tried to contact customer service twice and have not received a reply. We sent a check on Jan 6, that was cashed for the two year extension. The extension that they posted was for only one year. This is not the first time they have done this with promotions. My e-mails have had no response.

              Months ago, I purchased a subscription to receive your magazine via US Mail and wanted to know if it is still going to happen.Why does it *********** months to receive my first copy of Reader's Digest in the mail??? I can order nearly anything from Amazon and it arrives within days.Several years ago I purchased a Reader's Digest subscription and NOTHING HAPPENED. After waiting for months, I eventually forgot all about it... is that the goal??? To take people's money and deliver nothing? OR to make customers wait so long that they forget they're even supposed to receive a monthly paper copy of your magazine?BOTTOM LINE... WHY THE DELAY?AND WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY FIRST COPY OF READER'S DIGEST TO ARRIVE IN MY U.S. POSTAL MAILBOX?
