              This complaint concerns the daily racing forms mobile betting app, Ive had a couple problems over the last 6 months no of which are super severe mostly just quality of life issues and promotion issues, Ive sent them probably **** support requests through the help option on the site and none of my support requests have gotten any replies over the last 6 months, I even reached out to their ******* hoping they would reply and help me but nothing had worked.

              On the drf.com home web page it shows a offer on the home page near the top right that states "drf offering free formulator ( racing history for past races by horse) for drfbets customers. Also near the top in the center on a revolving **** board, click on drf bets formulator is now free. under features it states " free drf past performances" They are only free if bet at least $50 and then you earn a free Past performance for every $50 you bet. You have to bet previously $50 to receive a past performances of only one track. This is not free if you are a member of drfbets because you have to bet to receive a past performance of a particular race track. False advertising. Crooks
