My mom, a senior, was unfortunate to use this service. The owner, *****, is rude and unprofessional. I wish we would have read the review below to see that the company doesn't treat seniors very well. My mom had to continuously reach out in order to find out anything regarding what was going on with her claim. ***** recommended a shady contractor, **** *** **************************** to do the job. My mother thought if they were a recommendation that she could trust them. Instead of ***** being empathic, he was rude. **** from **** *** **************************** has not started any work. My mom heard nothing from him, so she called to see what was going on. I mean the date a car ran into her house was in February 2022. *** miraculously was just about to call her. He said ***** was coming by. Of course, she never heard back from him either. Not to mention the fact that on-site, *** didn't give my mother a copy of the contract, but sent her a copy 3 days later with the information on the contract wrongly printed (wrong address). Now all ***** wants is his check, not caring that my mother's house has been sitting for 4 months damaged. He also claimed that the insurance was holding up the claim over asbestos, yet one report said there was none. Shame on the company for taking advantage of a senior citizens during an overwhelming time in their lives. My mom was victimized twice, once by an accident and the other by this company.Review from Joseph E

On August 15 2021 a loaded cement truck lost its brakes and crashed through a wall, flipped over and hit my house and my neighbors in *******. Luckily, my nephew in ********* who is in the insurance business did some research and recommended Mr. *********************** of 1-800-Adjusters. It took some time given the extent of the damage and 2 insurance companies involved but Mr. *********************** was able to settle the claim to my satisfaction and to the satisfaction of both insurers. Im very thankful for his effort and indeed would highly recommend him to anyone trying to navigate the formidable bureaucracy of the insurance business.*************************** *******, **Review from John S

In November of 2021, on Long Island, we were impacted by a rare tornado and incurred property damages. *********************** and his support team of public insurance adjusters at Elite ***** Adjusters were referred to us by a neighbor. ***** met with us in person and spent the time to understand our unique situation and answer all of our questions.He expeditiously worked with our insurance company and oversaw all aspects of the claim process, including coordinating the field examiner inspection and related follow-**** His support team, ****** and *******, addressed every question we subsequently had. In just a little over a month from the storm event, to our complete satisfaction, we received the claim check payment. ******* diligence, perseverance and professionalism are second to none and I would highly recommend this team to facilitate any insurance adjustment needs.
