Great product. The one I purchased came with lifetime warranty but you still get charged $35 to $45 to ship it back if something goes wrong with it while your using it

Terrible company. I ordered a boat cover because it was advertised as having a ten year warranty as well as UV protection. After one month the top part of the cover began fading and this is in cloudy ********! I later called and spoke to customer service and was told fading was not covered under their warranty. I said I found it hard to believe fading this quickly wasnt a defect in materials. I was asked if the cover leaked water and shared it had not and at that point was told there was nothing wrong with it so there was nothing the company would do. I asked if other customers had complained of faded covers and was told that some had. Its been about a year and the cover really looks like c*** now. In my opinion purchasing from this company was a waste of money and time. To me its not surprising there are hundreds of others complaining about this business.Seal Skin Covers Response

Calling is a waste! Never again! **** poor customer service! Sold me a cover that DOES NOT fit my car. Wants to charge me a restock fee of 18% to return! I've gone through all the proper steps with emailing pictures. Proof that it doesn't fit. Was told sorry but this is the best option. Everything was good until I stated I wasn't a full refund because this is not my fault, it's yours. Was pretty much told oh well. That's pathetic! I will be leaving multiple reviews and telling folks to never waste their time or money with this business. Literally no one there will help, and was told to call back the next day to speak to manager, did that and was told multiple times that there wasn't one available.
