After explaining my plumbing issue with as much detail as possible, both verbally and via email, the quotes that the company kept giving me were either to expensive, or only exploratory when there was a clear issue of a clogged pipe. I did. Not want to have to pay a lot of money for something I didnt need. Then when I asked for a simple pipe snaking, they deliberately ignored the detailed email and said they would come and do the job. I was finally quotes something reasonable, but with a misleading job quote, and when I finally had the worker ready to fix my issue, I was bait and switched to pay more than I anticipated. No matter the emergency, Ill never use this company again.

Excessive pricing for a 10 minute snaking to remove a hair blockage in my second floor bathroom tub. $817.88 to be exact! The leak was not attended to in the aforementioned tub faucet, (by the present tech performing the snake process), and he claimed that he was not made aware of it, and called his office to pass off to another service tech. A few hours later, the secondary tech arrived, without any knowledge of what he was supposed to do. He calked his office and they told him he had to ****** off to ********** to buy a part to replace the defective one in the wall mounted circular hot and cold water lever. He came back a few minutes later and told me that I would have to give him a deposit before buying the-replacement part! I had already signed a pre-contract for this work to be done, for the amount of approximately $745.00 plus tax, in addition to the already paid by check amount of $817.88 for the snaking of the previously mentioned clog in the 2nd floor tub. I was so taken aback by this request and demand, that I sent him on his way. I told my tenants that they could now use the shower, but the small leak will be addressed a bit later. Totally disappointed by this company and their business practices and pricing.

ripoff artists tried to charge me $4000 for a job done for $650.

Avoid at all costs!!They are the worst HVAC company Brooklyn.First, they tried telling me my hot water heaters are damaged and cannot be repaired and tried selling me new ones. Guess what? Another plumber was able to fix both of them the very next day.Not only that, they internationally broke a part of the heater and my super and I saw them do it, and voided the warranty.But even beyond that they are awful. Cancelling appointments, showing up later, and even leaving midway through a job because the technician "gets off" at 6PM.Trust all the other bad reviews that are the recent ones btw and don't fall for their pretty website - this is a terrible company. Untrustworthy is an understatement. This is the worst contractor I've had the displeasure of working with in 15 years of real estate.
